Higher Education

Ever since he was a small monster, Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) has always wanted to be a scarer in Monsters University, so he joins the scare program at the University. When he bumps into James "Sully" Sullivan (John Goodman)-- a big monster with a great roar, coming from a long line of famous scarers-- their clash forces the dean (Helen Mirren) to fail them. Mike and Sully's only hope to get back into the scare program is to win the campus Scare Games. Partnered with a middle aged back-to-school salesman (Joel Murray), a 2-headed nerd (Sean Hayes and Dave Foley), the kid who still lives with his mom (Peter Sohn), and a burn-out (Charlie Day), Mike and Sully have to rally Monsters University's least-likely-to-succeed monsters and out-scare Johnny J. Worthington III (Nathan Fillion) and the popular monsters of Roar Omega Roar. On DVD, Blu Ray, and 3D Blu.

Law school dropout Jillian (Jess Weixler) doesn't remember much from last night, has a terrible hangover, and is stuck covering her friend's (Halley Feiffer) shift in an ice cream truck in Free Samples. She only has one responsibility-- to hand out free ice cream samples-- but since she doesn't really work there, Jillian doesn't feel the need to be nice to the customers... or anyone, for that matter. She dismisses her friends (Jason Ritter) and the guy (Jesse Eisenberg) she doesn't remember meeting, too; though she says the only thing she wants is a cup of coffee, what Jillian really needs is to get her life back on track.

Blood Soaked

Vampire mother Clara (Gemma Arterton) and daughter Eleanor (Saoirse Ronan) have survived for two-hundred years in Neil Jordan's Byzantium. While Clara supports them, working as a stripper and prostitute, callously killing her customers, Eleanor only kills people ready for death: the old and the sick. They keep their real identities a secret, killing anyone who knows the truth about them... but Eleanor begins to pull away from her mother. Telling her story to a boy (Caleb Landry Jones), dreaming of a life where she isn't hidden from the world by Clara, Eleanor sets off a chain of events that will change their lives forever. With Daniel Mays. On DVD and Blu Ray.

Trackers

Nick (Ryan Reynolds) and his partner Bobby (Kevin Bacon) are Boston police who discover a chest full of gold during a drug bust, but Nick won't live to spend it in R.I.P.D. Instead of securing a better life for his wife (Stephanie Szostak), Nick is whisked to the afterlife where he's assigned to the Rest In Peace Department. Partnered with a crotchety marshall from the old west (Jeff Bridges), Nick starts his R.I.P.D. job: they keep the undead in check among the living. Their first case is more than either the rookie or the veteran could have expected, making them the only obstacles to a plot to destroy the balance between the living and the dead. With Mary-Louise Parker. On DVD and Blu Ray.

A bounty has been placed on the white collar criminals that caused the apocalypse and left the world bankrupt in Bounty Killer. Bounty killers like the shoot-first-ask-questions-later Drifter (Matthew Marsden) and the graceful and seductive Mary Death have become celebrities in post apocalyptic society, inspiring fans like Jack (Barak Hardley) to be their "gun caddies," traveling with them, reloading their weapons, and handling the sidekick duties. When a new bounty shocks Drifter and Mary Death, they have to brave corrupt businessmen (Gary Busey), cannibalistic gypsies, secretive cabals, unreliable informants, and more as they travel the wasteland. With Kristanna Loken.

Documentary

Detailing the decades-long friendship between actor Sam Shepard and comedian Johnny Dark, the documentary Shepard & Dark assembles the letters that kept them in touch after their first meeting in the early 1960s. Though they are admittedly very different, their enduring friendship is preserved in paper as they prepare to publish their correspondence... though Dark is a compulsive archiver who eagerly applies himself to old letters, and Shepard is less willing to sift through the past.
